Check capacity, dimensions and inclusions in the current shop rather than assume a photographed arrangement is a complete set.
Work backward from the handoff
List the recipients, products and date each gift is needed. Separate repeated designs from individual names and submit the wording together. Confirm any packaging request and pickup arrangements. Holiday availability and rush timing must be checked for the current order, regardless of this article’s original year.
From the idea to a checked proof
Send the original artwork or clearest available file, the exact wording and the product you are considering. Mark the important details and tell us which ones can be simplified if space is limited. Check every name, date and placement in the final proof before approval; the reference image you start with is not the final production layout.
Confirm the order for your date
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after final proof approval. Rush service is available on request and must be confirmed before ordering. Larger quantities, sourcing or sample work can require a project-specific schedule. Online orders currently use Wilmington pickup by appointment.
