Absolutely! We welcome customer-provided tumblers. Drop them off at our Wilmington location or ship them to us. We engrave Yeti, Ozark Trail, Simple Modern, Stanley, Brümate, Hydro Flask, and most other stainless steel tumblers.
No. Laser engraving only removes the outer coating or surface layer — it doesn't penetrate the stainless steel or affect the vacuum insulation. Your tumbler will keep drinks cold or hot just as well as before engraving.
Powder-coated colors create the best contrast. Our laser reveals the silver stainless steel underneath, so dark colors like black, navy, charcoal, and matte colors produce the most visible results. Light and pastel colors still engrave well but with subtler contrast.
Most tumbler orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Simple single-color logos on 1–10 tumblers can often be done in 24–48 hours. Larger orders of 50+ may require 5–7 business days.
