Is what I see what I get?
The enabled size and color controls show what we currently offer online, so check the capacity and finish before you settle on a layout. Two sided engraving is selected separately. If you want your own YETI, Stanley, or other drinkware engraved, send a request so we can look at the exact model, finish, and placement.
Can each tumbler have a different name?
Not through the online designer, which repeats your saved design across the quantity. Send a custom request for individual name batches, or for artwork the designer does not offer. Follow the manufacturer's care instructions afterward. Final proof approval locks the wording and engraving position before production.
When will it be ready?
3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. The clock starts at approval rather than at checkout, so the sooner you say yes, the sooner it is finished. Need it faster? Ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date. Pickup is at our Wilmington shop by appointment; if you need it shipped, say so before you check out.
