If the gift is personal, lead with their name and keep your own mark small. Two things worth checking on the listing before you order: decanters do not include glasses, and boards do not include a gift box.

Send one approved list of names and titles, with the punctuation and date format you want, and we will keep the layout consistent across the order.

We show you the logo, the placement, and any individual names in the proof before production. If exact brand color matters, tell us before you pick the product.

Mention packaging or shipping to individual recipients up front, since neither is included by default. If you have a budget per person, send it with your quantity and we will talk through what fits.

Check names, spelling, placement, and quantities carefully before you approve. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after final proof approval. Larger or specially sourced orders get a scheduled date, and rush is available by arrangement. Online orders are picked up in Wilmington by appointment, so tell us early if you need delivery.

Yes. Mention it with your inquiry and send one recipient list, since the quote and the proof both need to account for every variation. Watch out for the shop option that puts the same design on all pieces. That is not an individually named order, so use the business request below for those.

Usually, yes. Start with a photo, the brand and model, the material or finish, the quantity, and where you want the engraving. We check compatibility before you drop anything off or buy a bulk batch, and unfamiliar finishes sometimes need a test piece first. For a repeat order, send the earlier project reference with your new quantities and names.
