By using the Victory Laser Engraving website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
Victory Laser Engraving provides laser engraving, cutting, and marking services for a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, metal, glass, leather, and plastic. We also offer design services, mobile onsite engraving, and custom fabrication. All services are subject to material and equipment availability.
3. Orders & Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved quote acceptance.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice for new orders.
- Custom quotes may require a deposit before production begins.
4. Artwork & Design
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all artwork and designs submitted.
- We reserve the right to reject any artwork that contains prohibited or infringing content.
- Design services provided by us are billed separately and remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- File preparation fees may apply for complex artwork conversions.
5. Production & Turnaround
- Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on complexity and volume.
- Rush service is available for an additional fee, subject to current workload.
- Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by material availability, equipment issues, or force majeure events.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due prior to production unless other arrangements have been made.
- We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and invoicing for approved corporate accounts.
- Invoices are due net 30 for approved accounts unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Local pickup is available by appointment at our Wilmington, DE location.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Custom laser engraved/cut items are made to order and generally non-returnable.
- If we make an error on your order, we will redo or replace the item at no charge.
- Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds or replacements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Victory Laser Engraving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Victory Laser Engraving unless otherwise attributed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
