HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS
No clipboard.
No line.
No misspelled names.
Most live engraving is one person, one pen, one guest at a time — and a queue that eats your cocktail hour. We built something else. Guests scan a QR code at the table and design their own piece on their own phone, then go back to the party until their ticket says it’s ready.

They scan. They type it themselves.
A QR card sits on the table. It opens the designer on the guest’s own phone, with a live preview of the actual piece. Because the guest spells their own name, it is never spelled wrong — nobody is transcribing “Siobhán” over a live band.

Their signature. In metal.
Guests can sign with a fingertip and we engrave that exact stroke — their real handwriting, not a font pretending to be one. It is the moment people photograph, and no hand engraver can hand it back to a hundred guests in a night.

They take the ticket and rejoin the party.
No standing around a laser. The ticket tracks their piece from queued to engraving to ready, so guests spend your event at your event. Our operator scans the ticket at pickup and the right piece goes to the right person.
- They spell it, so it’s right.Every name comes from the guest’s own thumbs. Nothing is misheard across a loud room, and nothing gets engraved twice.
- Your venue’s Wi-Fi is not your problem.The booth runs on its own network. If the ballroom signal dies mid-event, the station keeps taking designs and keeps engraving.
- You can watch the queue.A live operator dashboard shows what is queued, what is on the laser and what is waiting for pickup — so your planner always knows where the station stands.

Add-ons: extra hours $250/hr · per-piece overage $10–$20 · custom logo setup $150 · rush +25% · travel beyond ~30 mi quoted separately. A $300 (or 30%) deposit reserves your date; balance due 7 days before the event.
