Corporate Personalization Station
We bring on-site personalization to trade shows, employee events, retail activations, launches, and client gifting. Attendees choose an approved design, add their details, and leave carrying your brand on a product made for them.
Most booths ask attendees to take something. This one asks them to make something, which is a different kind of interaction.
A machine making something is one of the few things on an event floor that people stop for on their own. No stage, no scheduled demo, no one handing out flyers.
While a piece is being engraved, your team has a reason to be talking to that person. It buys the kind of interaction a bowl of branded pens never will.
An attendee who added their own name to something is far less likely to leave it in the hotel room. Your brand rides along on an item they helped make.
Products, artwork setup, proofing, station, operator, setup and teardown. You confirm the plan and we run it on the day.
The station is the visible part. Most of the work happens before the doors open.
A short menu built for your audience beats an endless item grid nobody can decide from.
For high attendance, where the point is volume and momentum.
For VIP dinners, client appreciation, and smaller executive audiences.
Reviewed and tested before the event. We will not promise live engraving on unknown plastics, coatings, bottles, electronics, or luxury goods without running a sample first.
Yes. Send us vector artwork and we load it, test it on the actual product, and send you the proof before the event. Complex or multi-color marks are worth discussing early, because a laser mark is single-tone and some logos need simplifying to read well at small sizes.
That depends entirely on the product and the hours booked, so we plan it against your expected attendance rather than quoting a rate. Tell us the show, the hours, and the traffic you expect, and we will recommend a product mix that matches the pace and tell you honestly if a second operator is warranted.
Yes, with a material test first. Coatings, plating, and unknown plastics behave differently under a laser, and some do not mark cleanly or safely at all. Send us a sample well ahead of the date and we will tell you what it does before you commit a whole order to it.
This is usually the right answer for a large show. We engrave your logo onto the full run in the shop beforehand, then add each attendee's name at the station. You get the volume of a pre-produced order and the draw of a live one.
A 6-foot table and one standard 110V outlet inside your booth footprint. We bring the laser, the power supply, materials, and signage. We confirm access, load-in timing, and the footprint with your venue before the date.
Ask us when you inquire and we will confirm what your venue requires and what we can provide before you commit to a date. Many convention centers have specific COI wording, so it is worth raising early rather than the week of the show.
All of Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania including Philadelphia, King of Prussia and West Chester, northern Maryland, and southern New Jersey. Beyond about 30 miles we add a travel quote.
Yes, and we would recommend it. The station runs off a set of options you approve in advance, so an attendee adds a name, initials, or picks from your designs. Nobody is designing something new at your booth, which is what keeps the station moving and keeps your brand consistent.
For qualified higher-volume events, yes. Raise it when you inquire so we can plan the operator coverage and the footprint properly rather than adding it late.

Send us the show, the dates, and the attendance you expect. We will come back with availability, a product mix that fits the pace, and a clear quote.
