Wedding Engraving Bar

A wedding favor made live for every guest

We bring a staffed engraving bar to your shower, welcome party, cocktail hour, or reception. Guests choose their keepsake, add a name, date, or monogram, and watch it become theirs.

A favor they help create

Most wedding favors are set at each place, admired for a second, and left on the table. A keepsake feels different when the guest was part of making it.

The station gives people something to watch during the natural gaps in the day, then sends them home with a piece tied to your date.

How the bar runs

Nothing is invented on the day. The design work happens before it.

1

We agree the design before the day

Your monogram, invitation lettering, or handwriting gets loaded and test-engraved ahead of time. Nothing is designed from scratch at your reception.

2

Guests choose and personalize

They scan a code at the bar, pick from the options you approved, and add a name, initials, or a date on their own phone.

3

They watch it get made

The piece is engraved at the station while they stand there. This is the part people film.

4

They take it home that night

A finished keepsake, not a card promising something in the mail.

Where it fits in the weekend

The station works best in the parts of the day that are otherwise dead air.

Cocktail hour

The natural gap between the ceremony and the reception, when guests are standing around with a drink and nothing to do.

Bridal & couples showers

Small enough that everyone gets a turn, and the station doubles as the activity.

Welcome parties

Out-of-town guests meet each other over something to watch.

Rehearsal dinners

A keepsake for the wedding party on the night before.

Reception downtime

Between dinner and dancing, when the room usually goes quiet.

Farewell brunches

The last thing guests take home before they drive back.

Anniversary parties

Same station, different date on the piece.

What guests take home

We help you pick a short menu that suits your guest count, rather than an endless catalog nobody can choose from.

Champagne flutes

Acrylic keepsakes & place cards

Doubles as the seating plan and the favor.

Bottles

Bottles

The signature drink, engraved with both your names.

Bringing your own favors? We test the material first. Not every finish, coating, or bottle engraves safely, and we would rather find that out in the shop than at your reception.

Questions couples ask

How many guests can the station serve?

It depends on the product and how long the station runs, so we size it with you before you book rather than quoting a number that may not hold on the night. Tell us your guest count and the window you want covered, and we will tell you honestly what fits and recommend the products that match that pace.

When should we book?

At least 4 weeks out, and 6 to 8 weeks for peak season and holidays. We take one event per day, so dates go early. A deposit and signed agreement hold your date.

Can you match our invitation or monogram?

Yes. Send us the artwork or the invitation and we will match the lettering, then send you a test engraving on the actual product before the day so there are no surprises.

How much space and power do you need?

A 6-foot table and one standard 110V outlet. We bring the laser, the power supply, the materials, and the signage. The station fits indoors or under cover outdoors.

Do you supply the favors, or do we?

Either way. We can supply the products and quote them with the package, or you provide your own. If you are bringing your own, we test the material first, because not every finish, coating, or bottle engraves safely.

Can the station run during cocktail hour?

That is the most common slot, and it is the one we would recommend. It fills the gap between the ceremony and the reception, and it does not compete with dinner or dancing.

What if a guest never comes to the station?

Anything left over is yours. We can also pre-engrave a set with just your names and the date beforehand, so every guest goes home with something whether or not they made it to the bar.

Can you pre-engrave our design before the event?

Yes, and for larger guest counts it is usually the right call. We engrave your side of the design in the shop on our own schedule, then add each guest's name live. You get the volume without the wait.

How far do you travel?

All of Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania including Philadelphia, West Chester and King of Prussia, northern Maryland, and southern New Jersey. Beyond about 30 miles we add a simple travel quote.
