Bringing your own favors? We test the material first. Not every finish, coating, or bottle engraves safely, and we would rather find that out in the shop than at your reception.
It depends on the product and how long the station runs, so we size it with you before you book rather than quoting a number that might not hold on the night. A name on a glass is quick; a full monogram on a leather piece is not. Tell us your guest count and the window you want covered and we will tell you honestly what fits.
As soon as you have the date, the venue and a rough guest count. Saturdays in peak season go first, and a request on its own does not hold a date, so the earlier you are in touch the better your chances of the slot you want. We will confirm availability and what we need to reserve it.
Yes. Send us the artwork, or just a photo of the invitation, and we will match the lettering. Then we engrave a test piece on the actual favor and send it to you before the day, so the thing you approve is the thing your guests take home. No surprises on the night.
A table's worth of space and a standard power outlet is the short answer. Send us the venue floor plan and we will confirm the exact footprint, what we draw electrically, and where the station works best in the room. Venues usually have this on file, so forwarding their plan is normally all it takes.
Either. We can supply the products and quote them as part of the package, or you bring your own. If you are bringing your own, send us one ahead of time so we can test it, because not every finish, coating or bottle engraves safely, and the week of the wedding is the wrong time to find that out.
Cocktail hour is the most popular slot and the one we would recommend. It fills the gap between the ceremony and the reception, when guests are looking for something to do, and it does not compete with dinner or the dancing. An hour is usually plenty for the station to reach everyone who wants a piece.
Whatever is left over is yours to keep and hand out afterwards. If you would rather nobody missed out, we can pre-engrave a set with just your names and the date beforehand, so every guest goes home with something whether or not they made it over to us.
Yes, and for larger guest counts it is usually the right call. We engrave your side of the design in the shop on our own schedule, then add each guest's name live at the station. You get the volume without anybody waiting in a queue during cocktail hour.
All of Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania including Philadelphia, West Chester and King of Prussia, northern Maryland and southern New Jersey. If your venue is beyond that, ask anyway rather than assuming the answer is no. Any travel cost appears in the event quote so you see it upfront.

Send the required date before ordering. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after final proof approval; rush timing must be confirmed. Drop-off and pickup are by appointment.
