Share the event essentials
Start with the date, venue and location, guest count, engraving service window and event type. Tell us who will coordinate with the venue and when suppliers can arrive and leave. These details help us review availability and the shape of the experience before quoting.
A wedding reception, company celebration and retail activation can have different arrival patterns. Tell us whether guests will visit throughout the event or all at once. We plan the ordering and pickup flow around the occasion.
Choose gifts and personalization together
Product selection affects the available engraving area, preparation and time per piece. Share your preferred gifts, whether you already own them and what each guest should be able to choose: a name, initials, a short message or an agreed design.
Keep the choices focused. Confirm artwork and spelling rules in advance, and allow for a sample where needed. Throughput depends on the item, artwork and handling; ask us to review the proposed quantity and service window rather than assuming a fixed pieces-per-hour rate.
Confirm the venue setup
- Identify the proposed station location and the space available for guests to queue and collect items.
- Share loading access, stairs, lifts, parking and setup/breakdown times.
- Ask the venue about electrical access, equipment restrictions and any requirements for an engraving station.
- Tell us whether the station is indoors or outdoors and how it will be protected from weather.
- Coordinate the final station layout and operating requirements with us before the event.
Our operator manages the engraving equipment. The guest experience and station placement must leave room for the agreed operating setup and an orderly handoff.
Plan ordering, pickup and exceptions
Decide who receives a gift, how guest details are recorded and how finished pieces are matched back to their recipients. Agree on a cutoff for new requests so the service window ends predictably. Include a plan for guests who leave early or need an item held for the organizer.
Confirm the product quantity, personalization choices, service time, staffing and any travel or venue arrangements in the quote. Rush preparation or late changes require review; availability and price are confirmed for the specific event.
Send one useful event brief
Your first message can include: date and venue, expected guests, service start/end times, gift idea, personalization choices, access information and your planning deadline. Use the event inquiry form to send those details.
