A FEW DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Before you personalize.

Aluminum or bamboo?

They take a mark differently, so pick the surface you like first. Keep a business name, phone number, or simple logo short enough for the barrel, because a long slogan shrinks all the text. Check whether you want one side or two engraved in the configuration you selected.

Is there a minimum?

Online pen orders start at 50 pieces with one shared design. Check your quantity and engraving sides before you save. If you need individual names, mixed artwork, or a different quantity, describe it in a custom request. The bulk configuration does not cover those variations.

When will it be ready?

3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. The clock starts at approval rather than at checkout, so the sooner you say yes, the sooner it is finished. Need it faster? Ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date. Pickup is at our Wilmington shop by appointment; if you need it shipped, say so before you check out.
