Choose an objective you can act on
Decide whether the next project is an employee welcome, client thank-you, award or workplace identification. Each needs different information. A gift order begins with recipients and products; a sign or label starts with its location, size and intended use.
Make the brief reusable
Keep an approved logo, a checked recipient list and an example of the preferred placement together. For each new run, update quantities, names and required dates, and confirm availability again. A previous design can be a reference without treating the old quote or deadline as current.
From the idea to a checked proof
Send the original artwork or clearest available file, the exact wording and the product you are considering. Mark the important details and tell us which ones can be simplified if space is limited. Check every name, date and placement in the final proof before approval; the reference image you start with is not the final production layout.
Confirm the order for your date
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after final proof approval. Rush service is available on request and must be confirmed before ordering. Larger quantities, sourcing or sample work can require a project-specific schedule. Online orders currently use Wilmington pickup by appointment. Discuss any delivery or shipping requirement before ordering.
