Use the current listing as the order reference
Product selections, inclusions and timing can change after an article is published. Check the live shop for the actual item and price, then confirm the final proof. Old holiday deadlines are historical and do not promise present availability or shipping.
From the idea to a checked proof
Send the original artwork or clearest available file, the exact wording and the product you are considering. Mark the important details and tell us which ones can be simplified if space is limited. Check every name, date and placement in the final proof before approval; the reference image you start with is not the final production layout.
Confirm the order for your date
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after final proof approval. Rush service is available on request and must be confirmed before ordering. Larger quantities, sourcing or sample work can require a project-specific schedule. Online orders currently use Wilmington pickup by appointment.
