How it works

Three steps, none of them yours.

1

Pick a date

Tell us your race date and venue. The booth is free to your event: no vendor fee, no minimums, no contract headaches.

2

We set up at the finish

We arrive early with the laser, table, signage, and staff. All we need is a spot near your finisher area.

3

Runners pay us directly

Finishers bring their medal, we engrave their name and time in about 90 seconds, and they pay us $12. You do nothing.

What your race gets

A big-race perk without the big-race budget.

Zero cost, zero logistics

No booth fee, no revenue commitment, no equipment to arrange. We're a turnkey vendor that makes your race better for free.

A finish-line moment runners share

A laser engraving a finisher's name and time is the most-filmed table at the festival. Every post tags your race.

A perk that sells registrations

"On-site medal engraving" is a line item big-city marathons charge for. Offering it makes your race feel major-league on the registration page.

An insured, professional vendor

Certificate of insurance available. Self-contained station. For races with 1,000+ finishers, ask about a vendor fee or revenue share for your event.

What your finishers get

The medal everyone earns becomes the medal that's theirs alone.

Race director FAQs

The questions every race director asks first.

What does it cost the race?

Nothing. The booth, laser, staff, and setup are free to your event. Runners who want engraving pay us $12 per medal directly at the booth. For large races (1,000+ finishers) we're happy to talk about a vendor fee or revenue share back to your event.

How does a runner get their finish time engraved?

Most finishers come by after results post, and we engrave name, time, and date on the medal's back or rim in about 90 seconds. Runners who don't want to wait for chip times can get name and date only, or come back before the festival closes.

What kinds of medals can you engrave?

Nearly all standard finisher medals: zinc alloy, brass, steel, anodized finishes. Our UV laser marks metal cleanly without damaging enamel fills. If you send us a spare medal ahead of race day, we'll test and confirm placement.

What do you need from the race?

A 6-foot table's worth of space near the finisher festival and access to a standard 110V outlet. If your venue is short on power, ask. We can usually arrange a self-contained setup.

What size races do you work?

Everything from local 5Ks to half and full marathons across Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Maryland. We only book one event per day, so your date is exclusive once confirmed.

How far in advance should we book?

6 to 12 weeks before race day is ideal. That gives us time to test a sample medal and gives you time to promote the perk to registrants (it looks great in your pre-race emails).

Check your race date

We take one event per day, so your finish line gets the whole booth. Tell us your race date and we'll confirm within 24 hours, no commitment.
