Before you personalize.
What size photo does it hold?
A standard 5 × 7. Decide which way the frame will sit before you arrange text around the border, because the photo opening eats into the engraving area. Names, dates, and short messages work best when the layout leaves each edge some breathing room.
Should I read the sides separately?
Read them together, as one design wrapping the photo. Check spelling and orientation while you are editing the saved cart item. Confirm any supplied photo or presentation request separately, since personalizing the wooden frame does not include printing the photo.
When will it be ready?
3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. The clock starts at approval rather than at checkout, so the sooner you say yes, the sooner it is finished. Need it faster? Ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date. Pickup is at our Wilmington shop by appointment; if you need it shipped, say so before you check out.
