Does switching the gift change anything?
Yes, quite a lot. A different gift means a different material, shape, and engraving area. Read the contents and dimensions of the product you selected instead of assuming every gift family comes with the same accessories. Use the preview to check your name or artwork inside that item's boundary.
How do I order different names?
Add a separate item for each different name. Increasing the quantity on one item just repeats the design saved to it, which catches people out. For a long list, send us a custom request with the names in one checked list instead and we will set it up in a single order. Either way you approve a proof showing every name before anything is engraved.
When will it be ready?
3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. The clock starts at approval rather than at checkout, so the sooner you say yes, the sooner it is finished. Need it faster? Ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date. Pickup is at our Wilmington shop by appointment; if you need it shipped, say so before you check out.
